Do you Rest? 

Do you know how to rest? 


Is the change of seasons aggravating to you? 

Do you curse the lack of light that makes you less productive? 

Are you actively trying to hack your system so you can accomplish more? 


There is a truth of this time of year we can attune to that will boost productivity, “hack” the nervous system and help us accomplish even more. 


It’s called rest.




Maybe you are tired. 

Bone tired. Deeply exhausted. 

Even a full nights sleep, a nap and a weekend off isn't enough. You wake up Monday morning with nothing left to give. 


But there is still so much that needs to get done. 


I get it. For many of us the high activation, hyper-alertness and stress of life right now is more than our body can manage. 


We need Deep Rest but we can’t seem to get it. 


For the next four weeks I invite you to join me on Wednesday morning for restorative movement, breath and awareness.

This class will:

  • Use developmental movement patterns to activate the CNS 
  • Connect breath, movement and positions associated with recovery and restoration
  • Give you tools to use at home, in the car, with your family, before bed to recover lost associations of relaxation in your foundational physiology.
